| Hi Tah! Long time no see. How are you and the boy? Well, I hope. Went through a period of weight loss. Got down to 180, but it was too light. I have been lifting heavy and bulking up. Weight now is 195. Feel pretty good. Trying to keep diabetes in check. Lifting five times a week. How is everything in Oz? |
