Bachelor Cooking  - Five Minute Finger Nachos

Admit it. Food helps break the ice between you and the "girl next door" that just came over to borrow your hammer. Next time she drops by, offer her a snack. Finger foods can be fun with the right company. And what better finger food than tortilla chips, smothered in hot, melted cheese, and salsa? At the very least, you'll get to watch her lick her fingers!

Note, if you are serving these to the boyz, everybody gets their own pile...got it?

You'll need tortilla chips (strips or triangles are better than rounds), grated cheese, salsa, and remember to add Tabasco if you want her to drink that beer. Get it?
1. Layer the tortilla chips on a plate. Not too many. Just enough to cover the plate. You'll be able to add more later.
2. Add grated cheese, salsa, a few sprinkles of Tabasco. Easy boy, remember, there is another layer to add. And if you add too much Tabasco, you'll ruin the whole mood. Also, keep the cheese off the side of the plate. Remember, you'll have to wash that plate later.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 as many times as you want.
4. Microwave on high, between three and four minutes. Make sure ALL the cheese has bubbled before you hit the stop button.
5. Pour yourself and your company a beer. No, don't ask, that way she cannot refuse! What? She won't share even one beer? Explain that if she drinks this one beer, you'll be prepared with her drink of choice next time.
6. Serve these babies on a single plate. Pretend to reach for another plate, but come up with some lame excuse about not having another...she'll probably agree to finger these pups from the same plate as you.
Optionally, you can add chopped olives, refried beans, and sour cream. Just remember, you want them to be messy enough for her to lick her fingers, but not so messy that she is afraid to eat!
Hot Tip: Get a clip for your chips man! In a pinch you can use a couple paper clips...
